Please see below for information pertaining to refunds, deposits, delivery time of results, holiday schedule and testing procedures.
Refunds
Sales on all pending and completed tests are final.
There are no refunds on deposits or tests.
Deposits
Payment in full, or a deposit of half the test amount, is required to book an appointment for a Prenatal DNA Test. The remaining balance is due once the results of the test are available.
All other tests are to be paid in full at time of booking the test for an in-office appointment.
All mail order tests are to be paid in full at the time of ordering the test.
Delivery of Results
Turnaround times are not guaranteed. A variety of issues, including but not limited to low fetal DNA, test submission time, weather conditions, shipping delays and holidays, etc., may create unplanned delays.
A low-level detection of DNA may require additional testing, which will in turn, delay delivery of results. If this happens in your case, you will be called back into the lab for additional testing at no additional cost.
Your test is of utmost importance to us, and we will do all we can to assure timely results.
2023 Holiday Hours
The DNA Center of New Mexico will post holiday hours as necessary.
Testing Procedure
All testing is done by appointment only.
We do not accept walk-ins.
